Shipwreck Casserole Recipe
Place in Casserole Dish:
3 Layers Potatoes (sliced thinly)
1 Layer Sliced Onion
1 Layer Chopped Celery
1 lb. Hamburger meat
1 Small Can Peas, drained (keep juice), on top of hamburger meat.
1 Can Tomato Soup (condensed)
1/2 Can of Water, mixed with juice from peas.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over layers.
Pour liquid over top of ingredients.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place covered casserole in oven.
